Thanks for using NMS mobile applications.

These Terms of Service apply between NMS and you as regards your access
and use of NMS mobile applications and services. It is important that you read
the Terms very carefully since they set out the responsibilities between you
and NMS.

We take privacy seriously at NMS and this policy is designed to share what
information we collect and how we use it.

A. Consent to data usage

You agree that NMS, in accordance with its privacy policy, may collect and use
technical data such as your device ID , username requested in some application,
usage data and related information needed to provide services and  support
related to the NMS Applications.

B. Information we collect

We do NOT collect personal information such as  names, address,
phone-numbers or photos.

We may collect emails for networking-based applications.
The collected emails are not disclosed and are solely used to provide
authentication means necessary for the purpose of the applications.

We inform you when the application use either your photo library or
microphone to access images or play sounds or musics. You don’t need any
account to use the applications.

We do not integrate any social media in the apps.
We do not have any third-party advertising within the apps.

C. Information Security

We take all reasonable precaution to protect information stored through our
applications. We have safeguards and protection in place to keep the data
secure. The Information is stored on secured servers and protected by
secured networks to which access is limited to a few authorized employees
and personnel. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or
method of electronic storage, is 100% secure.
